TL;DR I am an Australian currently living and working in France. I studied Mathematics, Physics and IT at the ANU in Canberra, Australia. Now I freelance game and website design and development.

In a bit more detail:

Artistically and technically minded, I prefer to branch out over a number of fields rather than be overly concentrated. It’s because of this that I’m currently involved in web design, game design and development, and photography.

Currently the web master and designer for La Menuiserie, an artist residence in the north of France, I manage the online presence of the association in addition to holding the position of president and keeping and updating a photographic record of events.

I started website design a number of years ago and have clients in Australia and France. I prefer a clean, spacious design, and primarily use WordPress to speed up development and help clients to administer their sites themselves.

I also freelance in game design and development using the Unity3D platform, for which I have published assets open source and on the Unity3D Asset Store. I also have a Youtube channel where I do speed game design and creation; making games in less than a day for a personal challenge.

Game assets and projects for Unity3D

Games

Youtube

My Youtube channel is an experiment in making smalls games as quickly as possible (usually less than 6 hours), taking free assets from the Unity3D Asset Store and elsewhere, and combining them with a minimum of my own code to create a small and enjoyable game.

There is little to no optimisation or polish, and even small bugs are not a concern; the goal is to make something that runs and is fun in the least amount of time.

I enjoy this idea as it provides me with the challenge of finishing a game quickly focusing on what is essential and avoiding scope creep, as well as helping me find my own faults and deficiencies. I like to think it could also give other aspiring game designers an idea of what it takes to make a playable game.

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife. It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single woman in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a husband.
However little known the feelings or views of such a man may be on his first entering a neighbourhood, this truth is so well fixed in the minds of the surrounding families, that he is considered the rightful property of some one or other of their daughters.
